Alcohol and Drug Assessments
An assessment can be a scary time, our staff is here to help put you at ease and give you a fair and honest assessment.
During the assessment process you will be given a SASSI-3 diagnostic test, you will fill out personal information paperwork and you will have a diagnostic interview with one of our staff. You will be asked some personal questions, be as honest as possible All these tools will help determine what,if any, treatment is needed.
What to Bring to your appointment:
- Breath ticket
- Police report
- Criminal history
- Driving abstract
- Photo ID
If you are self referring bring:
- Photo ID
- Criminal history
Washington State’s DUI law includes assessment and possibly treatment as part of the intervention offenders face if convicted. The Department of Licensing is prohibited from reinstating the license of persons who don’t get assessed and complete the education and/or treatment the assessment requires.
